Exciting times in the world of publishing. The concept of the book is being re-imagined and re-wrought, the act of reading is undergoing enhancement and renovation. We’re no longer looking at possibilities in the future; innovation is alive, present, here, now, raring to go and accelerating fast.
So join City University and BookMachine as we aim to entertain and inform at our 2011 Conference 2nd-3rd December.
Friday 2nd (The Boadicea, Clerkenwell)
Friday 2nd offers up the chance to witness some of the keenest minds and sharpest wits in publishing battle it out over a lively debate. All of this with a dash of audience participation, a live Twitter feed on display and a few drinks thrown in for good measure, of course. Meet, greet and tweet to your heart’s content.
Saturday 3rd (OLIVER THOMSON THEATRE, CITY UNIVERSITY)
Suitably stirred up from the night before, Saturday 3rd will deliver a day of great speakers, exhibits and information covering both print and digital content. You can expect to mix with peers, generate and participate in industry discussions, exchange accounts of experience and learning, hear a range of professional perspectives and learn about various innovative drives.
Goody bags and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
